We believe strongly that fundraising is necessary for athletic teams, associations, churches, and other various programs to remain financially independent. More importantly we believe that fundraising shouldn’t be a slow and painstaking process. This is precisely why we’ve developed our turnkey fundraiser to help minimize your work and maximize your profit!


FEATURES

DATABASE MANAGEMENT
All Star Fundraising is committed to minimizing the work required of players, parents, and other supporters. One way we do this is by managing your customer database. Each sale we collect all customer information (i.e. name, email, phone number) and enter it into a continually growing database of your customers. This allows you to retain customers even as participants leave your program.

ONLINE ORDER FORM (NEW)

This tool is essential to minimizing work for coaches and fundraising coordinators! The online order entry form eliminates the proces of manually tallying orders. Now participants simply enter their orders in online and we'll tally the order, so that coaches and fundraising coordinators don't have to! The online form helps further streamline the process and allows us to send delivery reminders and thank you emails to your groups supporters.

AUTOMATED SYSTEM

All Star Fundraising's Automated Email system allows programs to retain customers and Maximize their profits, while Minimizing the time and effort participants and parents have to invest into the fundraiser. We manage the list and email your groups supporters prior to future fundraisers to ensure high resale!

PAYPAL

Programs can now utilize Paypal to give their customers the opportunity to purchase online. Ask an ASF rep about how Paypal can further enhance your fundraiser and help to minimize the amount of work required of participants and parents!

 

 

 

 
 

 

     PROCESS

  • Discuss with an ASP rep the fundraising process to ensure that the fundraiser runs smoothly.
  • Kickoff Meeting: Prior to the presale we recommend meeting with participants and parents to outline the fundraiser, review the logistics, and set expectations. This is also a good time to build support and excitement for the sale. We provide a Powerpoint to help you walk everyone through the process!
  • Presale: Participants contact family, friends, and neighbors to see if they’d like to order their next six months supply of salt. Ask for a minimum 3 bag order.
  • Blitz Sale (optional): Participants go door-to-door to raise awareness of the sale in the local community and to boost sales.
  • As participants receive orders throughout the course of the sale they will record them on the hard copy Player Order Form that we provide.
  • Online Order Form (NEW): Participants can use the online order form to record their orders at the end of the fundraiser. This form allows us to monitor your fundraising results and helps to ensure accurate customer information.
  • Order Due: We need only 7 days to turnaround an order.
  • Delivery: Programs typically have the product delivered to a local high school or church parking lot the Friday before distribution. We can deliver Monday-Friday.
  • Distribution: This is the final stage of the process and usually takes place on a Saturday morning. Participants meet at the delivery location to distribute salt to their customers.
  • After successful delivery of salt we will invoice your program for the total cost of the salt!
